Daily Prayer & Praise for April 2008
‘Seek His will in all you do, and He will direct your paths.’ (Proverbs 3:6)
1. Pray for Manson, the Eelders and all members of our church.
2. Give praise and love to all mothers.
3. Pray for all Team Leaders and those that serve so faithfully.
4. Church Sanctuary 6-8pm - ‘Be Still and know that I am God’
5. Pray for the children in our church. May we guide them in the paths of righteousness.
6. Give thanks for those who visit the housebound and elderly
7. Pray for all Guild Members
8. Lord, teach us to pray – The Lord’s Prayer Matthew 5:3-12
9. Give thanks for the many activities and events held within our Church
10. Church Sanctuary 6-8pm - ‘He said. ‘I am here! Don’t be afraid.’ (Matthew 14:27)
11. Pray for the lonely (read Psalm 27)
12. Give praise for the Coffee Morning volunteers and all who support it
13. Pray to our Lord and thank Him for our many blessings
14. Give praise for the freedom we have to study Your Word. Bible Study Group at the home of Ian and Linda Urquhart, Reezielaw.
15. Give praise for Home Carers and the work they do
16. Pray that everyone will receive ‘The peace of God….’ (Philippians 4:7-9)
17. Church Sanctuary 6-8pm - ‘So I pray that God who gives you hope will keep you happy and full of peace as you believe in Him. May you overflow with hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.’ (Romans 15:13)
18. Pray for those who are in need of clean water
19. Give praise for those who give of their time and talents
20. Give praise for family and friends
21. Give praise for the many clubs and groups that meet regularly within our village
22. Pray for everyone in need of medical aid or a caring hand.
23. Pray for those who are afflicted by disease, grief or sadness.
24. Church Sanctuary 6-8pm - ‘For with God nothing will be impossible’ (Luke 1:37)
25. Pray for those whose work takes them away from their family home
26. Give praise and thanks for God’s abundant love
27. Give praise and thanks for answered prayer
28. Pray for those who have moved from our parish church family.
29. Give thanks for our Emergency Services and the work they do
30. Pray for lasting peace in our world, in our time.
